Go to installturbotax.com.
Sign in with your Intuit account, or create a new account if needed.
In your account, locate your TurboTax purchase under “My Downloads.”
Click on the download link for your operating system (Windows or Mac).

Locate the downloaded file on your computer (e.g., in the Downloads folder).
Double-click the file to start the installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.

Open TurboTax after installation.
Sign in using the same Intuit account you used for downloading the software.
If prompted, set up additional security or account recovery options.
Activate

When prompted, enter your 16-digit license code.
This code is on your purchase confirmation email, receipt, or product box.
Double-check for accuracy and click “Next.”
Once validated, your TurboTax software is fully activated and ready to use.
