Coach Grant graduated from Marble Falls High School where she was on the drill team as well as co-president of the choir. After high school, she went to Texas A&M University in College Station and graduated with honors in the College of Education and Human Development. Her first teaching job was in Midland ISD at San Jacinto Junior High as an 8th grade science teacher and coach. After a year and a half, she and her husband moved to Leander with their daughter, Vivian. She taught 7th and 8th grade math and AVID at Wiley Middle School for 5 years. She and her family built a house in Bertram in 2020, and moved out to teach in Liberty Hill. Vivian is a 6th grader at LHMS, and Coach Grant is in her sixth year in the district and her fifth year at LHHS! She is very Proud to be a Panther!
