First Graders studied all the biomes and what makes an animal endangered. We learned to take notes, how to find information in books and put our learning on our learning wall for everyone to see!

Working on our Biomes Project
We can research, using books and technology, a biome and determine what living and non-living organisms are needed to make our ecosystem successful. We then chose animals and plants to represent our ecosystem and designed a diorama to show our learning!
Beginning our research of cultures around the world, we began by reading Yeh-Shen, a Chinese Cinderella story. We research all our wonders about China and made dragons to symbolize Chinese New Year.
