CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
At Liberty Construction and Maintenance, we stand behind the quality of our work. We take pride in delivering professional results that are built to last, and we back every project with our 3-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of project completion.
If, during this period, any defect is found to be the result of our installation or workmanship, Liberty Construction and Maintenance will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the client.
Improper installation of materials or finishes
Defects arising from workmanship errors
Issues caused by failure to meet industry standards or manufacturer installation guidelines
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, aging, or weathering
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or lack of maintenance
Defects caused by materials themselves (covered under manufacturer warranty)
Modifications or repairs performed by others after project completion
Acts of nature (storm damage, flooding, etc.)
All materials and products installed by Liberty Construction and Maintenance are covered by the original manufacturers’ warranties, where applicable.
We will assist our clients in submitting and processing warranty claims with manufacturers for materials found to be defective. However, manufacturer warranty terms and durations may vary depending on the product.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Liberty Construction and Maintenance in writing with a description and photos of the issue. We will review the claim promptly and schedule an inspection if necessary.
