My name is Elizabeth Corbett and this is my 6th year teaching technology at Liberty and my 20th year teaching. Prior to joining the Liberty Leopards I taught middle school science, LLI, and 5th grade.
I grew up in Hubbard, Ohio and graduated from Hubbard High School in 1994. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in music from Youngstown State University in 1999. While at YSU I was part of the YSU Marching Pride and was able to take part in the 1994 and 1998 Football Championship Game Halftime Shows. I am currently enrolled in the Bowling Green State University Graduate Program and am a obtaining Master’s in Educational Technology.
When I’m not at school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We take part in Boy Scouts where I am the Committee Chair and my son is working towards Second Rank. Summer and fall are spent with days at the soccer field, swimming, and scouting events. My son and I can often be found at the library or the pool. My husband, son, and I like to travel and visit new and exciting places. Our family is rounded out by several kitties who we love.
Happy New Years!
