This page is for Mrs. Daniels' American Studies classes at Licking Heights High School in Pataskala, Ohio. Gina Daniels has been a teacher in Ohio for 20 years focusing on American, world, and European history for junior high and high school students. She is originally from Norwalk, Ohio (go Truckers!) and attended Otterbein University (go Cardinals!) before working at Huron High School (go Tigers!), Reynoldsburg Junior High, High School, and RHS BELL (Business, Education, Leadership, and Law) Early College Academy (go Raiders!). This is her sixth year at Licking Heights (go Hornets!) where she is proud to be a member of the best social studies department ever created. When not teaching she enjoys reading, sewing, spending family time with her husband and two daughters, and blasting Hamilton at top volume. Mrs. Daniels is an active advocate for public education. A highlight of her career was attending a roundtable discussion in 2016 at the White House with President Obama's senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett, to discuss civic education.
