- Check to see if the plug into the wall is plugged in correctly
- Check to see if the plug behind the computer is plugged in correctly and all the way in.
- Make sure the monitor is on.

- take out the Ethernet cable, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

- Some computers will have the sound built in, yours might be the exception.
- If you have speakers:
-check to see if they are powered on and plugged in.
-check to see if the light green plug is in the PC
- if all else fails, try using windows troubleshooter.

- most serious issues can be solved by restarting your computer, but doing it more than once is harmful to the PC.
