Purchasing Tickets
Purchasing tickets for Prom will look a lot like the process for purchasing a Winter Formal ticket earlier this year.
Before purchasing your ticket, you’ll need to know your Student ID number and last name.
Go to https://store.5starstudents.com/lakeforesths/ticket/340972
Use your student ID number and last name to sign in and add a ticket to the cart.
You will be able to select your meal choice and identify any food allergies when purchasing your ticket.
If you are bringing an LFHS date and want to pay for their ticket, you can use their student ID number and last name to make the purchase for them. If you don’t know this information, ask them!
Payment can be made with any major credit card or cash app.
If you are bringing an outside guest (non-LFHS student) to Prom, please fill out the applicable form below and wait for approval BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

Guest Form
Guest Form
The guest form will remain digital. If you did not fill out this online guest form for a prior dance this academic year (e.g., Winter Formal) and you are bringing a new guest to Prom, please complete the "New Guest Form" below. If you had a paper form for Homecoming, you will still need to fill out the "New Guest Form" so that staff can easily access information like emergency contact information.
Form Approval:
Once submitted, the form will be sent automatically for approval.
After the form is approved by all parties, LFHS students will receive an email letting them know that they can purchase their ticket & their guest's ticket.
If you are bringing a guest who was previously approved (e.g., Winter Formal), please fill out the "Returning Guest Verification Form" below.
After a guest is verified, LFHS students will receive an email letting them know that they can purchase their ticket & their guest's ticket.

Table Selection
Table Selection
This year’s prom will include a formal sit-down dinner. A full menu is available on the Event Details page of this website. Students should start thinking about their table groups of 10, including any guests.
Every student attending Prom should complete the form after deciding who will be at your table.
If you are a table captain (i.e., in charge of naming each person who should be seated at your table), make sure you know the name of each person including outside dates prior to completing the form. This form can only be completed by LFHS Students.
