Purchasing Tickets

Purchasing tickets for Prom will look a lot like the process for purchasing a Homecoming or Winter Formal ticket earlier this year. 

Before purchasing your ticket, you’ll need to know your Student ID number and last name.

1. Go to the 5-Star Students Store

2. Use your student ID number and last name to sign in and add a ticket to the cart.

3. You will be able to select your meal choice and identify any food allergies when purchasing your ticket.

4. If you are bringing an LFHS date and want to pay for their ticket, you can use their student ID number and last name to make the purchase for them. If you don’t know this information, ask them!

5. Payment can be made with any major credit card or cash app.

6. If you are bringing an outside guest (non-LFHS student) to Prom, please fill out the applicable form below and wait for approval BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

Guest Form

1.  The guest form will remain digital. If you did not fill out this online guest form for a prior dance this academic year (e.g., Homecoming or Winter Formal) and you are bringing a new guest to Prom, please complete the "New Guest Form" below. 

2. Form Approval:

1. • 1. • Once submitted, the form will be sent automatically for approval. 

        • After the form is approved by all parties, LFHS students will receive an email letting them know that they can purchase their ticket & their guest's ticket. 

3. If you are bringing a guest who was previously approved (e.g., Winter Formal), please fill out the "Returning Guest Verification Form" below.

• After a guest is verified, LFHS students will receive an email letting them know that they can purchase their ticket & their guest's ticket.

Table Selection

This year’s prom features a formal sit-down dinner. You will be able to view the full menu on the Event Details page of this website. Form will be available beginning in April. Stay Tuned! 

Table Group Guidelines

Students should begin organizing their groups now. Please keep the following requirements in mind:

• Group Sizes: Tables can accommodate groups of 8, 10, or 12.

• Seating Comfort: While groups of 12 are permitted, please be aware that seating will be very tight. Groups of 10 are highly recommended for the most comfortable experience.

• Guests: All outside guests must be included in your group count and form submission to be seated at your table.

Instructions for Table Captains

If you are acting as the Table Captain (the person responsible for submitting the seating list), please note:

• Names: You must have the full names of every person in your group (including all outside guests) prior to starting the form.

• Eligibility: This form must be completed by an LFHS student. Outside guests are not permitted to submit seating requests.
