About Ms. Snyder

Hi! My name is Ms. Snyder and I am so excited for this school year. This is my third year teaching 5th grade and I cannot wait for another amazing school year!

I want to share a few things about me. I was born and raised in San Diego and loved growing up here. For college, I thought I wanted something different so I went to the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated with my B.A. in Elementary Education, my teaching credential and a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse teaching endorsement. I had an amazing experience and would not change it for the world, but nothing compares to San Diego so I moved back to teach here! I graduated in June 2025 with my Masters in Social and Emotional Learning.

When I am not at school, you can always find me at the beach or at the gym! I love being active, going to concerts, traveling and exploring new places and cultures and hanging around the people that I love. 

That is just a snip bit into my life. I can't wait for you to learn more about me and for me to learn more about each and every one of you! :)
