East County Career Center: The mission of the East County Career Center is to serve the community by providing individuals the guidance and resources necessary to achieve employment success and to deliver quality workforce services to employers. The East County Career Center is part of the Grossmont Union High School District, under the direction of the Adult Education Department. It is the first career center created in San Diego county to provide a one-stop shop environment for career planning and job search assistance.

Jewish Family Service is a One Source for a Lifetime of Help. When a family needs help following a disaster, when a family yearns to adopt a child, when a single parent can no longer make ends meet, when a senior needs food, transportation, or companionship—we make a difference in people’s lives with more than 50 programs and services.

County Mental Health Services: The County offers a wide variety of treatment, rehabilitation and recovery services to help people experiencing persistent and severe mental illness or a mental health crisis. Oz shelter: Oz San Diego in Clairemont serve teenagers ages 12-17 and their families in times of crisis. We focus on reinforcing and reuniting the family whenever appropriate. Oz helps young people and their families redirect their energy toward more positive solutions.

Military Family Support: The FFSP Murphy Canyon Branch provides Clinical Counseling for Children and Youth of military personnel.We provide school, home and community-based counseling. The focus of our Child/Youth groups includes: Coping with Deployment, Social Skills, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, and more.
