Hi! 👋🏻 I’m Mrs. Kimberly Landreth and welcome to my little nook here on the internet. I’m the Librarian at Little Flock Christian Academy and have been teaching here since 2018.  I have to say, it is my dream job; and I am so thankful the Lord saw fit for me to be able to share my love of teaching and reading with the children at LFCA 🙏🏻 .

My background is in Elementary Education. I graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 2008 with my Bachelors Of Science in Elementary Education. I started teaching, the same year, (in JCPS) at Coral Ridge Elementary.  I was a third grade teacher and while I was teaching, I went on to attend University of the Cumberlands and graduated in 2011 with my Masters of Art in Reading and Writing. 👩🏼‍🎓👩🏼‍🏫📚✏️

I stepped away from the classroom in 2013 so I could focus on my family and be a full-time stay at home momma.  In 2017 I started teaching at Louisville Homeschool Cottage School and taught Kindergarten and First Grade there.  It was wonderful!  It was a sweet time in my career, but God really opened doors for me to come to LFCA!  If you ever want to hear that story...send me an email.  I have known since the fourth grade that I would be a teacher. Mrs. Dorris is the reason I followed the path that lead me to my classroom, and eventually into the library. I 👏🏻 love 👏🏻 teaching! I love everything about it.

I am a #boymom to Monster and Wild Thing. I have been married to my elementary school sweetheart since 2009, and we have two kitties and a dog. Life is sweet! 🧔🏻👩🏼👦🏼👦🏼🐱🐱🐶
