Quick Note from 5th Grade

Fall Break is just around the corner! 🍂

Here are a few things we will be focusing on next week:

Science: We will start exploring Chapter 2, which focuses on changes in states of matter, both physical and chemical changes. 

Math: Don’t forget to keep practicing those multiplication facts!

LA: We will continue our first read-aloud novel. We have finished our 1st Chapter in grammar and will be doing review for our big test this week before starting our 1st writing chapter.

Social Studies: We are exploring the earliest groups of Native Americans, including their cultures and ways of life.

Please continue to encourage your child to study the materials we are covering in class. Developing these good habits early will help students become confident and successful learners throughout the year.
