Welcome to the Lake Forest Instructional Technology Newsletter!  My goal is to support the staff and students at Lake Forest School District by sharing and creating innovative digital curriculum opportunities that will foster engagement, provide differentiated opportunities and an authentic purpose in the curriculum to achieve learning goals. 

You can expect to see updates throughout the year that highlight tech tools, instructional strategies, and foster engagement within your classes.  I am looking forward to highlighting exemplar instructional strategies happening throughout the district as well as educational material to enhance your curriculum to better support you and your students.

I am the Instructional Technology Specialist at Lake Forest. I have been in education for 20 years. I have taught elementary, middle, high school, and college classes. I have also served as the Principal of an International School in Germany. I am also a professional graphic designer, videographer, and photographer.

I have a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a Master's of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Technology Applications. i am excitedd to work with you!
