8th grade Math

I'm excited to have your student this year at Chapin Middle School! I earned my Bachelors degree in Education from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD in 2000 and my Masters of Education in Curriculum Development a few years later.  I have been teaching middle school math for 20+ years.  I've taught every level of math in grades 6-8th. I have experience with students of all levels and work hard to meet the needs of all learners.  I love to help students discover that they CAN do math and I always try my best to remove the anxiety math can bring out in students.  

My family and I moved to Chapin in August of 2023 from Melbourne, Florida and have fallen in love with the Chapin Community and schools.
