Chromebook won't turn on

If none of the below options work, open a ticket with your tech desk at school.

Option 1

1. Plug charger into chromebook.

2. Leave chromebook plugged in for 5-10 solid minutes.

**If chromebook is completely dead, it can take 5-10 minutes for it to regain any kind of charge. It will turn on when it has charge and then will need to stay plugged in to continue charging.

Option 2

1. If charged, press the power button.

2. Close and open lid. Should turn on at this point.
