Intro

Hi! My name is McKenzie Smith and I'm so excited about teaching fourth grade! I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my first year teaching and I'm so grateful to be able to learn and grow at OPES. I did my student internship at Oak Pointe last year and felt so at home in the school culture and community. I'm Lex/Rich 5 born and raised, so it is very special to be able to return to this district to teach. I can't wait for an amazing year at the Pointe!
