Meet Ms. Shobert!

My name is Ms. Shobert and this will be my third year at CMS/CIS in 6th grade. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and endorsements in Gifted and Talented and Read to Succeed. I am so excited to be teaching 6th grade because they are so passionate about the things they care about. It is a time when they really start to develop their personalities and grow as learners. I am excited to learn and grow together! In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, play games with friends, read, go on walks, and cook new recipes. I am looking forward to an awesome year in 6th grade!

Each day, students should have the following supplies readily available:

Composition notebook
Plastic folder with pockets
Charged Chromebook
Pencil pouch with glue sticks, pencils (preferably mechanical), colored pencils and/or markers, scissors
Wired headphones/earbuds (not Bluetooth wireless)
