Rosa Diaz-Grant
Room 809
Hola!
I am Rosa Diaz-Grant and I was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I have been in South Carolina for 22 years. I have one son, two stepsons, and five step grandchildren.
I graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil with a Bachelor in Clinical Psychology, and completed my Master’s degree “Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language” with Universidad de Leon, Spain.
This is my 5th year at Seven Oaks Elementary as a Spanish teacher. I love to teach Spanish and about our Hispanic culture. Bringing the language and culture into the classroom and sharing it with my students is my major goal as an educator. Learning a second language benefits our students, among many other aspects, with their creativity and self-esteem.
