Hello! Welcome to 4th grade! I am so excited to be your child's teacher for the 2025-2026 school year! I was born and raised in Columbia, SC and I grew up in D5 schools! I obtained my Bachelor degree in Teacher education from Columbia International University as well as my Master degree in Elementary Education from Columbia International University. I am certified to teach grades K-6 and I am so excited to begin my third year teaching in fourth grade!

A little bit about me, I live at home with my husband, Mr. Cohen, and we just welcomed our first baby girl back in early April of this year. Outside of school, I love to watch football, bake yummy cakes, and spend time with family.

My goal for this year is to partner alongside you to provide the best education for your child.  I am also striving to guide them in being lifelong learners and support them by meeting their learning needs. In our classroom we will work to have a growth mindset as we work together in creating a safe place for learning and establish community.
