I have lived in the Chapin area almost eighteen years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Mathematics and History from the College of Charleston. Go Cougars! In the summer of 2009, I received my gifted and talented endorsement. In the winter of 2010, I received my Master's of Education degree from Southern Wesleyan University. I was honored to be the 2017-2018 Chapin Intermediate Teacher of the Year. I married June 2009 to my high school sweetheart. My husband, Adam, graduated from The Citadel where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Go Bulldogs!!! Currently, he works for the South Carolina Highway Patrol as a Trooper. Together we have two beautiful children - Brayden Grayce and Graham. Lastly, I can't forget about our sweet mini-golden doodle, Goose. He joined our family in September 2023.
