A Little Bit About Me:
I am married and have three kids: Ayden, Vera, and Rachel. You will see Vera at Chapin Elementary. She is a crafty, creative artist. My husband, George, is in his last year at USC to receive his PhD in Mathematics. Ayden is a sophomore and is in the STEM program at Dutch Fork High School. He stays busy with JROTC, varsity track, and cross country. Rachel is growing into such a sweet, smart little girl.
I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan.
I taught one year of fifth grade at Leaphart Elementary STEAM Magnet and second grade for two years. I taught second grade for a year at Chapin elementary. This will be my first year at OPES Elementary. GO Pioneers!
I have a golden retriever named Clark.
On the weekends, I enjoy flying a Cessna at S&S Aviation.
