IB Business Management is an in-depth study of the principles of business through the exploration of organizations in local, national, and global contexts. Using real-world case studies and experiential learning activities, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to analyze and evaluate business decisions within a dynamic global marketplace. Tools and techniques include examining human resources, finance, marketing, and operations management, while exploring key business concepts such as change, culture, ethics, globalization, innovation, and strategy. Students will develop critical thinking, financial analysis, ethical decision-making, and strategic planning skills to assess complex business challenges and opportunities. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be prepared to apply business concepts and analytical skills in academic, career, and real-world settings.
