A native of Belle Vernon, PA, he graduated with a B.S. in
Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brougher has 36 years of experience teaching Special Education in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. He lives in Irmo with his wife Aimee and daughter Stephanie.
