MR. PARTRICH'S 2023/2024 HOME PAGE

Welcome to my home page.  This is my 31st year teaching in District 5 and my 17th year at Chapin High School.  I am originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama but I grew up in Irmo and I am a 1985 graduate of Irmo High School.  I earned a BS in Business Administration in 1990 and a Masters of Arts in Teaching in 1994 from the University of South Carolina. I earned my National Board Certification in 2003 and I renewed this certification in 2012.  I taught at Dutch Fork High School for 14 years before heading for the blue pastures of Chapin High School.

I am happily married to my wife Becky (32 years) and I have 3 wonderful children, Lawrence (CHS class of 2016), Chaney (CHS class of 2018--and 2017 CHS homecoming queen) and Virginia (Class of 2024). I love my job, I love my students and I love Chapin.
