I have worked with children since I was a teenager. First, as a lifeguard and swim teacher, followed by after school and summer care programs at Peterson Presbyterian for many years. My career in education began teaching Fourth Grade and Preschool, before attaining my graduate degree.

I have a Masters in Library Information Science from the University of South Carolina and 22 years experience, +30, and hold National Board Certification. My undergraduate degree is a BAIS in Elementary Education, but I also have a certificate in Early Childhood Education. 

I am the Media Assistant at Lake Murray Elementary. I am typically the one your child sees when checking out a book at the circulation desk! I enjoy helping your children find new books and grow as readers! Please let me know if there is any way I can be of help. bquagliariello@lexrich5.org
