🎻Strings

Strings classes meet three times a week.  For this reason, students will only go to PE and one other related areas during the week (the other related areas will depend on scheduling).  Practice is a requirement for this class.  Parents provide the instrument, accessories, and music book for home practice. A limited number of cellos and basses can be rented for school use if your child takes the bus to school—provided there is a home instrument to practice on. There are local music rental stores that can supply all of these items. Please wait until class has begun for your child to be measured for the proper fit. Students will receive more strings information in a separate letter, upon admission into strings.
