🧑‍🎨Mixed Media Arts

Mixed Media is for students who want to explore new materials and techniques in the art room. Students will have the opportunity to experiment with techniques such as book altering, yarn painting, paper quilling, wire sculptures, paper mache, and stop motion video. Students will have time to work on projects at their own pace to fully explore the medium they decide to use.

Since the structure of this class will be more open, students must be focused, artistically inclined, and self-motivated to complete their work. The goal of this class is to give students an experience closer to a studio artist, and allow students to choose their materials, project, and pace.
