Ms. Abigail "Abby" Fraser

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in fifth grade when I saw two of my teachers enjoying every day at school and loving what they do. This passion grew into wanting to have a hand in molding the future of our world: children.

I was born and raised in a suburb outside of Memphis, TN. My mom and dad have never left. My brother moved back after college for work. My sister is a Vascular Surgeon right down the road in Columbia. I moved here to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at the University of South Carolina (GO GAMECOCKS!) and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I adopted my dog Jessamine, or Jessa, March 2020 when school shut down, and bought my house in 2021. On the side of teaching, I am a global beauty brand partner and a licensed realtor. Some of my hobbies include trying new restaurants, watching movies and shows, spending time cuddling with my dog, and traveling. 

This is my EIGHTH YEAR teaching at CES and my second year in 3rd Grade!!! I am so excited to work with your child and you as a team for their success. Let me know if you have any questions! I look forward to a great year together in Second Grade!
