3. Ben Franklin multiple choice practice, RFK multiple choice practice

4. 9:30-end of class: go to the library to pick a choice novel.

  • If you already have a book for your choice novel, you may read that.
  • If you want to use a book from my shelf, you may use that.
  • I will give you individual time during our allotted reading time to go to the library if you want to get a new book or exchange.
  • You have until Sept 30/Oct 1 to choose a novel.

4. Analyze the rhetorical usage here.

  • What is the purpose?
  • What is being said? What is not being said?
  • How is the creator trying to persuade?

5. Look at your favorite star (pop culture, instagram influencer, actor, singer/songwriter, sports person, etc). Google them or look at their instagram. Pull up the first thing you see. Then, analyze
