-I am married to Dr. George Brooks and have three kids: Ayden, Vera and Rachel. Ayden is my organized, athletic kid would is involved in the STEM program at DFHS. Vera is my ten year old crafty and creative one! Rachel is a growing sweet and smart toddler

-I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan

-I taught fifth and second grade at Leaphart and Chapin Elementary 

-I have a golden retriever named Clark

-I am a pilot and I enjoy flying a cessna 172 on the weekends!
