Teach fundamental softball skills, with emphasis on why we do things the way we do. Train and develop athletes physically and mentally. Must develop our mental game as much as our physical game. 

Help student-athletes maintain a love for the game of softball. Softball is something we “get to do”, rather than something we “have to do”. 

Develop well-rounded student athletes who show characteristics such as hard working, respectful, committed and honest to be successful on and off the field. We want all student athletes to be college, career ready!
