Mrs. Debra English
Though born on an airbase in Nebraska, I was raised in Augusta, Georgia where I graduated from Augusta College with a B.A. in Psychology. I moved to South Carolina in 1996. After several years in business management, I developed and taught private preschool for 15 years, leaving to work with District Five and become a PACE qualified teacher in Special Education, ultimately receiving a Masters in Administration and Supervision and logging an additional 240 plus hours in behavior, classroom management, diversity, and literacy training. I have 5 kids ages 44 to 22, an amazing son in law, a wonderful daughter in law, and one grandson, age 15. They, along with my church, dog, cats, home improvement projects, etc. all keep me pretty busy. I make an effort to spend time at the coast or lake which are my "calming places" when I can throughout the year.
