Chapin Middle School, Chapin, South Carolina

I'm a native of nearby Camden, South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Prior to coming to Chapin, I taught in Hampton, Kershaw, and Chester Counties. I have been a performing member with the Wateree Jazz Band, Camden Community Band, and Sumter Community Band. I am an alumnus of the prestigious Carolina Crown Drum & Bugle Corps, having marched lead trumpet in 2000 and 2004.

During the summer, I work with the Chapin High School Pride of the Midlands Marching Band.

I live in nearby Prosperity with my wife, who teaches special education, and our Golden Retriever Blue. When not teaching, I enjoy photography, aviation, and travel. This is my 8th year teaching. I'm thrilled to return to this building for my third year, and my first year with Chapin Middle School.
