Welcome to 4th grade! 

My name is Mrs. Crothers. I teach ELA and Social Studies in 4th grade at LMES. I am in my 18th year of teaching, having taught both 4th and 5th grade. 

Throughout our year together,  I hope to help my students grow as passionate and independent thinkers.  My goal is to foster a love of reading, writing, and history. I believe in a strong sense of community where children feel comfortable taking risks and are able to have thoughtful conversations. We'll focus on organization, study skills, and stamina to help you become a responsible learner.  I look forward to a fun year with you in 4th grade!
