Step 1:
Choose Your Courses
We are so excited for you to join Lexington High School!
The first step for you to take is to help us create your schedule. After you send your counselor your completed course request sheet and you take your course assessments, your counselor can begin creating your schedule. Please be aware that this process can take several days to initiate and complete. Your counselor will contact you when the schedule is complete and invite you in for a meeting. When you meet with your counselor, you and the counselor will decide on the best day to start school and the counselor will arrange for a Transfer Peer Mentor to meet you, show you around the school and help you with your schedule.
To complete the schedule process, please complete the following steps:
Review the 2023-2024 Program of Studies and become familiar with -
graduation requirements
curriculum options
course descriptions
Fill out the Course Request Sheet for your grade level and please make sure that you enter the course numbers, titles, and number of credits for each elective course in the form (you can find these in the Program of Studies reference in Step #1).
Once you have completed the Course Request Sheet, please email it to lhs-newstudents@lexingtonma.org.
