WELCOME BACK TO THE ART STUDIO!

It is wonderful to teach all of my classes in the ART Studio again. Now that the new protocols and routines have been introduced, we are off and running in grade leveled Art activities.
All of the students in the school have created a rolled tube of paper that is part of our Community Art Piece hanging in the front hallway. Some students chose to write a wish for the year, and attach it to the inside or outside of the their tube.
All of the grade levels have begun their first project, and I will update them on this site.

Time flies when you are having fun, and for me teaching ART is just that-FUN! I love teaching students new skills, and helping them find confidence when creating, and most of all to express themselves in the ART room.

I live in East Lexington, have a family and love to draw, paint and especially to make prints. Printmaking combines my favorite parts of ART, drawing, texture, color, accidental success and being inventive.
