Our classroom is connected! Please follow Room 108 on Twitter as I use this social media tool as a way to share connect, and collaborate with the world around us. This school year we will use our classroom Twitter account (@mrsashew) to share snippets of our work, learning, and life at school. This account is PRIVATE and you will have to request to join to see the tweets.

My goal will be to tweet during the week. I will tweet about our work, exciting things going on at school or in the classroom, and much more!

Students’ safety is of utmost concern. Last names will NEVER be included in tweets. Images of students may be included. I have looked over the permission lists and see that there are a handful of children that do not have permission to be on social media. I will be sure that they are not pictured on Twitter. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out.

Using these social media tools will give you a glimpse into our classroom and your child’s learning in a new and exciting format. I think you will love being “connected”!
