The LHS chapter of the National Honor Society has partnered with the Learning Center (room 712) to offer students peer tutoring throughout the academic day.
How does it work?
Students of all grade levels can come to the Math Learning Center to receive tutoring during school study/free blocks and on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. 9th and 10th-grade students dropping in mid-block must have a pass from their study hall teacher. If you come at the beginning of the block, the learning center can issue a pass to give to your dean's office to excuse your absence. 11th and 12th-grade students can drop in anytime during their free blocks.
If you have any questions about the program, please email Kayla Brenner or Jui Bhiwankar at 25stu299@lexingtonma.org or 26stu284@lexingtonma.org
After-school peer tutoring is available on a drop-in basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:15-4:15 in room 712. Students must drop in before 3:45 pm to receive help.
