What is the SNAP Health Parent Portal?
The SNAP Health Parent Portal is an online platform that gives you direct access to your student’s health record and streamlines communication directly with the Lexington High School Nurses. For matters requiring immediate attention, please call the LHS health office at 781-861-2320.
How to Register for the Parent Portal?
Option 1:
Parents/Guardians will receive an email from SNAP Parent Portal from: noreply@studentehr.com (check SPAM folder) with login instructions including a username and password. Follow the directions in the SNAP email to login. IMPORTANT: Email notifications sent from the LHS Nursing Department via the SNAP Health Portal will come from the email address noreply@studentehr.com.
Option 2:
Click www.studentehr.com and enter the parent/guardian email address on file in ASPEN. Click "Forgot Password?" under the password box and follow the directions to login.
Medications
Permission for Ibuprofen & Acetaminophen (OTC's):
Click the OTCs button will allow you to Opt-In or Opt-Out of over-the-counter medications (ie: Ibuprofen and/or Acetaminophen)
Prescription Medication
You may attach any prescribed medication order(s) from your student's health care provider and any medication parental/guardian consent form(s) which are required for the school nurse to administer medication to your student. Click the Upload Order button to upload and attach a prescription order to the health record
Uploading Physicals
Screenings (i.e. Annual Physicals)
(Required for new enrollment, incoming 9th-grade students and student athletes)
Annual physicals can be uploaded under the Screening then Upload Proof of Physical. If the physical exam includes the student's immunizations you DO NOT need to upload again under immunizations.
Messages
This page shows messages that you have received from and sent to the school health office regarding your child. The envelope icon on the Health Portal banner will show the number of unread messages. For matters requiring immediate attention, please call the LHS health office at 781-861-2320.
*All messages sent to and from the school health office become part of your child's school health record and cannot be deleted.
