President: The class President is responsible for providing leadership, initiating class activities and programs, oversees the other class officers, and develops strategies for strengthening the class. The President will submit agendas for Class Council meetings, facilitate Class Council meetings, and help coordinate fundraising plans. The President helps to coordinate communication between Class Council and the Class Advisors as well as serving as an important contact between the Class and the school administration.
Vice President: The primary responsibility of the Vice President is to assist the President in planning and facilitating Class Council meetings as well as assist in implementing class Fundraisers and activities. In the absence of the class president, the Vice President must assume all responsibilities of the president's office, and may be required to run class meeting, and facilitate communication among other class leaders and the class as a whole. The Vice President will also identify a Class Council project to work on together that gives back to the school.
Secretary: The Secretary plays an important role in taking attendance at each Class Council meeting and communicating attendance to Class Advisors. The Secretary is also responsible for taking notes during Class council meetings and posting notes to agreed upon location. The Secretary will also coordinate the writing of thank you notes or congratulations.
Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for facilitating fundraising by helping to organize and execute fundraisers. When needed the Treasurer is also responsible for organizing and counting the money and then filling out the deposit slip and for the Advisor sign off on it. The Treasurer is responsible for communicating with the Main Office about account balances and share with Class Council at least once a quarter..
