Diamond Middle School Itinerary & Packing List

Jay, VT

March 24 – March 26, 2023

7:15-8:00 am Baggage and equipment drop-off in back traffic circle and stored in auditorium

3:00 pm Buses arrive at school for pick up

3:30 pm Depart for St Johnsbury, VT

Snack stop McDonlads en route (at own expense)

8:30 pm Approximate arrival at Stateside Hotel Jay ( 830 Jay Peak Road, Jay, VT)

10:00 pm Quiet time: pack for mountain; security comes on duty

10:30 pm Lights out

7:30 AM Have breakfast at the hotel.

8:30 AM Everybody ready? Time to head out for the day!

9:00 AM Attention skiers and snowboarders! Let's enjoy a fun-filled day of riding down the slopes at Jay Peak ski resort! (Ski lift ticket included.)

Have lunch on site (at individual expense).

4:00 PM Depart for the hotel to relax and unwind before dinner.

5:00 PM Enjoy dinner with the group at a restaurant on the resort ($30 budget per person is included).

6:30 PM Get ready for an evening of fun at the Pump House Indoor Waterpark!

8:00 PM Departure for the hotel.

7:00 AM Have breakfast at the hotel.

8:30 AM You won't believe it, but the time has come...for your last day of your journey! Time to leave the hotel with your luggage.

9:00 AM Attention skiers and snowboarders! Let's enjoy a fun-filled day of riding down the slopes at Jay Peak ski resort! (Ski lift ticket included.)

Have lunch on site (at individual expense).

2:00 PM Already time to head back home!

7:00 PM This is when you're expected to arrive back at your school, where your family and friends will be eager to hear all about your adventure!
