Introducing Diamond's new makerspace!
In general, a makerspace is a location where creators can bring their ideas to life by producing various things.Â
A makerspace can take many forms and include many materials. The goal of a makerspace is to foster creativity, collaboration, and exploration.
With a teacher: Students will complete hands-on projects that are part of a course or unit.
During some WIN blocks: Sign up for crafts, games, and other fun activities.
During free time: Students can use The Hive to work together at the tables.
The creation of The Hive was made possible by a School Community grant from the Lexington Education Foundation. We are grateful for their support!
