Private School Information

If you have decided to apply to a private school for the next academic school year, please be sure to follow the steps below.   Please remember that you are asking for a recommendation, so it is important to ask your teachers and grade level counselor before you send them an email requesting the recommendation.  Be sure to check the application deadline for each school you are applying to.

• You must fill out this student information sheet for your counselor so that they can write your counselor recommendation.

• Counselor Recommendation:  If applying through an online site, i.e., Gateway Prep, Ravenna, SSAO, please be sure to use your grade level school counselor’s email address.  DO NOT link your account to the principal, assistant principal or main office secretary.  

  1. • Transcript requests:  For transcript requests and standardized test results, please send the request to Niamh Gilsenan

• Teacher Recommendations:  For your math and English teacher recommendations, be sure to send the link to your current math and English teacher.  If you do not use the correct email, they will not be able to access the recommendation.
