Must be either a registered Owner or Tenant in the Lexington Community

Must have a valid and active USGA Golf Handicap Index Number (GHIN)

Pay the registration fee of $35 (Charged to your LCA Member Account)

If you meet the above criteria please complete the form below by either scanning the QR code or clicking the Registration Form link. RETURNING PLAYERS will be asked to confirm a few items. NEW REGISTRANTS must complete the application component of this form. New applicants will be informed whether your application has been accepted.
