Our Staff

Hello! My name is Robin Reeves. I am the school librarian at The Knoll. I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina.

I’ve been married to my husband for over 25 years, and we have three kids in college.

When I’m not reading or listening to an audiobook, I enjoy watching my children play sports, going on outdoor adventures, spending time with my family, and shopping!

My favorite book series is Anne of Green Gables.  My other favorites are We Don’t Eat Our Classmates and The Remember Balloons...The list goes on and on!! 

My name is Brooke McKenzie, and I am the library assistant. I have worked in the private preschool arena for 16 years and have always loved reading and children’s literature.

I have been married for 35 years and have four children; three boys and a girl.  Three of my kids are triplets. They are 29 and 20 years old.

I am an animal lover and live on a hobby farm.  We have a horse, two alpacas, chickens, two dogs, and a saltwater fish tank, complete with Nemo and Dory.  My favorite books as an elementary student included the Nancy Drew series and Judy Blume books, plus Encyclopedia Brown!  Today, I still enjoy mystery books plus Historical Fiction.  My other hobbies are arts and crafts projects and water sports.
