The SCDNR Marine Resources Division seeks five motivated individuals from South Carolina to participate in a paid internship. SCDNR strives to build and sustain an inclusive environment where candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. These interns will be provided with hands-on experience in communication, laboratory and field data collection practices, and environmental education.
The internship will start June 3, 2024 and will run for 8 weeks. Interns are expected to work full-time and will be compensated $12 an hour. Housing options are NOT available. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with no maximum age limit. Application will close February 29th, 2024, 11:59 PM EST.

This two-week online enrichment program is designed for academically motivated and intellectually curious students currently in grades 8-11. Each online course provides an in-depth exploration of a single subject, allowing students to enrich their academic interests while meeting other students who share their passions and abilities. Students join our community from around the world, and challenge themselves with advanced content not typically found in the high school curriculum.
