Translating PDFs in Canva

Canva’s PDF Translator allows students to translate worksheets, research papers, and project guides into over 100 languages while preserving original formatting. It helps learners understand complex reading assignments, build vocabulary, and build confidence in their preferred language.

Step 1:

Open Canva from ClassLink Launchpad.

Step 4:

Select Upload files.

Step 5:

Find the PDF file and select Open.

Step 6:

Select the file to open in Canva workspace.

Step 7:

Select text. Select three dots. Select Translate text.

Step 8:

Select the target language from the dropdown menu.

 Select Translate page to translate the whole page or Select text from current page to translate just the selected text.

Select Translate at the bottom.

Step 9:

The translated version will now be on another page you can print or share.
