Screen Recording allows students to capture what is happening on the iPad while recording the audio. It is a great way for students to explain their thinking, demonstrate a process, or show what they have learned.

Open Control Center
Swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPad screen.

Select the Screen Recording button.

Select Record

To record your voice, press and hold the Screen Recording button, turn the Microphone On, and then select Start Recording.
Step 5:

The screen and audio are now being recorded.
Step 6:

Open Control Center again and select the Screen Recording button to stop. The recording will automatically save in the Photos app.
