A second-language keyboard allows students to type with accurate accents and characters, improving spelling, grammar, and natural communication while building essential bilingual digital literacy skills.
Select the Settings app on the iPad.
On the left, scroll down and select General.
On the right, scroll down and tap Keyboards.
Select Add New Keyboard.
Select the language you want to add.
When typing, look for a small globe icon on the keyboard. Tap and hold this globe icon to switch between keyboards.
