Google Classroom serves as K-5’s digital classroom, connecting young learners and parents to daily schoolwork. This guide demonstrates how to submit assigned files in Google Classroom assignments.

Select the Google Classroom icon on the home screen. Sign in if prompted.

Select the Class tile to open the appropriate class.

To easily access assignments, select the Classwork tab/view, then select the assignment.

To view instructions once the assignment has been opened, select View Instructions. To open the assigned file, select the file under Your Work.

Once the assigned file opens in a new tab, complete the assignment as directed by the teacher.

When finished, return to Google Classroom and select the blue Turn In button. Confirm Turn In when prompted.
